For tenants

Your rent, repairs and tenancy records in one place.

Your landlord uses Rynt.it to keep your tenancy records. You’ve been given a login so you can see your rent, report repairs, message your landlord and open the documents they share. It costs you nothing.

Got an invitation email? Use the link in it to choose your password first. The Rynt mobile app is in development and is not in any app store yet, so log in on the web for now.

Questions tenants ask

Who do I contact about a repair or my rent?
Your landlord, not Rynt.it. We make the software; your landlord looks after the property.
How do I pay my rent?
However your landlord has set it up. The Receipts screen shows what’s outstanding and the bank details your landlord has given for paying it.
I wasn’t expecting this invitation.
Check with your landlord before you click anything. Never share your password with anyone, including us.
Is there a mobile app?
The Rynt mobile app is in development and has not been released to any app store. Log in on the web for now.
I can’t log in.
Use “Forgot your password?” above. If that doesn’t work, email support@rynt.it and tell us who your landlord is.
